The future is being written in code. But the opportunities to shape and profit from this industry are available only to some.
To build a future that works for all, the Tech Program provides opportunities to underrepresented communities – giving them the training and tools they need to become architects of the future. Together, we are creating a pipeline of diverse talent that will shift the culture of the tech sector.
We work with companies to place talented people in high-paying careers. Our recruitment, training, and community building efforts are helping diversify the tech industry. Our recent cohort graduates now earn a $70,000+ starting salary, with an average salary increase of $30-40,000.

Dream Entrepreneurs Network

Building an inclusive green economy will take more than deploying climate solutions in disadvantaged communities. By investing in BIPOC genius, we can create work and wealth opportunities for communities of color while unlocking innovative solutions to address complex problems that impacted communities face.

The Dream Entrepreneurs Network is a diverse group of innovators who are using their lived experience to transform communities most impacted by climate change and mass incarceration. Our goal is to build and support a pipeline of 100 minority-owned climate entrepreneurs to become stewards of historic climate investments, capturing $50B+ in economic benefits over the next 10 years.

Climate Tech LaunchPad

To solve our world’s toughest problems, we need bold, innovative solutions. But too often, those most impacted have the least opportunity to create change.

Our Climate Tech LaunchPad is disrupting that norm by helping Black and Latinx innovators scale cutting-edge ideas that move the needle on climate equity. By reducing barriers for Black and Brown entrepreneurs in the climate tech space, we are helping ensure that those most impacted by climate change not only benefit from new green tech, but that they are also active participants in shaping what those solutions are.

Recruit Diverse Talent

The rise of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts reflects the growing awareness that corporations and businesses need to attract more diverse talent. This not only improves company culture, it paves the way for more innovation by opening companies up to the untapped brilliance in these overlooked communities. Yet many still don’t know where to start. We connect job seekers directly to our corporate partners, build training cohorts to upskill and fill positions, and help top tech organizations ensure great onboarding and retention of diverse talent.
