“Dream.Org gave me opportunities in learning project management, data analytics, as well as UX experience, all of which I have leveraged into a new role… I (recently) broke a barrier as the first person in my family to make over six figures, something I wanted my siblings and nieces to know is possible with opportunities like the ones offered through Dream.Org. I am eternally grateful."

Climate Tech & Sustainability

Climate tech jobs pay about 25% more than the average hourly wage. That means you could be earning thousands of dollars more each year while shaping our future and protecting our environment.

Having a construction, mechanics or electrician background is a good start, but even learning about cloud computing can help you be a part of the future of renewable energy. College degrees aren’t necessary.

These jobs are growing at an incredible rate, and do more than you may realize. For instance, at Amazon, Hazardous Waste Specialists manage noxious materials while Safety Specialists manage environmental policies on-site related to stormwater run-off, wildfire, clean air, recycling etc. These specialists manage a substantial portfolio of regulations to ensure compliance. Apply now.
Applicants for the climate tech career path must reside within 30 miles of Visalia, Fresno, Merced, Hanford-Corcoran, Modesto, Stockton, Madera, Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, El Centro & Bakersfield, CA, or Americus, Columbus, Milledgeville, Cordele & Albany, GA, or Selma, & Talladega-Sylacauga, AL, or Eufaula, AL-GA, or El Paso, McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, & Rio Grande City-Roma, TX, or Orangeburg, SC, Kennewick-Richland, WA, Martin, TN, West Point, MS, Lewistown, PA, Salisbury, MD-DE, Bradford, PA, and Torrington, CT.
