But too often, communities most impacted by climate change are left out of the work and wealth opportunities that the green transition promises. That's why we're investing in future leaders through the Climate Tech Career Pathways Scholarship Fund. To make sure no one is left behind in the growing green economy, we're partnering with Indeed to offer up to $3,500 to help untapped and underrepresented talent break through in the climate and sustainability sectors.

This initiative targets areas where the transition towards sustainability is most crucial - energy, business, environmental, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, transportation, and infrastructure sectors. With the right knowledge and skills, we believe you can help mitigate climate change, adapt to its impact, and contribute to understanding its causes.

Thanks to generous support from our partners, Dream.Org has already provided scholarships to over 600 individuals to help them pursue training, education, and professional development in the clean energy and climate tech sectors. Thus far, more than half of these recipients are justice-impacted.

By tapping into Black and Brown genius and opening doors of opportunity into the green economy, we are building generational wealth for communities of color. Our scholarship recipients go on to play integral roles in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, embracing renewable energy systems, improving energy efficiency, promoting conservation, and developing climate-smart innovation and technology.
