beyond pollution. We
work to win cleaner air
and water, affordable
energy, and good jobs
for all.

The Green Reentry Incubator is where second chances meet the frontlines of the clean energy economy. Designed for justice-impacted individuals, this 8-week program equips participants with the skills, mentorship, and community support to access good-paying green jobs.
By blending environmental education with personal development and leadership training, the incubator breaks cycles of incarceration and opens doors to purpose-driven futures. Each participant becomes a proof point that investing in people, not punishment, is how we build safer, healthier, and more resilient communities.
The Inflation Reduction Act provides a historic opportunity to transform communities most impacted by climate change into places of sustainable economic growth. However, even though record levels of climate funding are now available, many disadvantaged communities lack the resources and capacity they need to be able to apply for grants and assemble teams for climate projects. Our mission is to help community-based institutions in low-income disadvantaged communities (LIDACs) identify qualified infrastructure projects and prepare them to compete & win climate funding.
Apply to be a Transformative Communities Partner
We're partnering with disadvantaged communities across the country to change that. Through advocacy, technical assistance, and capacity-building, we're bringing together local governments, community-based organizations, and minority-owned businesses to apply for funding and build out projects that create environmental and economic benefits for the local community.
The Climate Finance: A Path to Impact Curriculum provides leaders with a self paced learning experience to understand how to move their infrastructure project through the project pipeline to ensure their community is positioned to apply for climate investments to support project implementation.
Join our Climate Finance Path to Impact self-paced online course today to unlock the knowledge and skills to successfully advance your climate infrastructure projects and prepare them to compete and win public and private dollars for community-scale transformation.
Dream.Org’s Make it Real photojournalism series spotlights diverse, climate-affected communities in critical need of project support through the Inflation Reduction Act’s green future fund. Data centers are appearing in communities all over the United States to support the rapid growth of AI, many of them being fast tracked without community input, powered by dirty fossil fuels polluting nearby communities. We know that artificial intelligence has the potential to improve lives, but only if it’s developed responsibly.
Learn about data centers in our priority states with our Data Center Spotlights.
