Josie Diether-Martin
Project Manager
Josie Diether-Martin is the Development Assistant at Dream.org. Josie graduated from the University of Redlands with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology with an emphasis in social inequalities. She participated in her University’s Inside Out Program, studying the school-to-prison pipeline alongside young men currently incarcerated at a nearby juvenile detention center and developed a deep interest in criminal justice advocacy and reform. She also volunteered with the American Cancer Society, planning fundraising and engagement events for her campus community. Prior to joining Dream.org, Josie served as AmeriCorps VISTA, supporting fundraising and communications at Root & Rebound. As Dream.org’ Development Assistant, Josie provides support to the development team’s fundraising and data management work. In her spare time, Josie enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts, and trying to find the best cup of coffee in the city.
