Dominique French
People Operations Generalist
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. By a single mother whose chosen profession was Law Enforcement. She instilled strong values of hard work and social responsibility. Dominique embodies women's empowerment and equality, she has implemented these values in her daily life. She personifies the true definition of dedication and professionalism.
Dominique earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Journalism and Media from Penn State University. She comes to Dream.Org with several years of Media experience and Executive Assisting. She has a strong passion for social justice and changing our communities for the better. Coming from an urban city like Philadelphia. She learned from a young age about injustice, mass incarceration, and the health struggles our communities face when no one is advocating for them. Having these experiences molded her to devote her life to making a change for a better tomorrow. Dominique has been acting and dancing since a young girl, it has always been her creative outlet. When she’s not working, you can find her thrifting, going to broadway shows, listening to podcasts, going to concerts and traveling to different countries/states. The next destination on her travel list is Australia and Switzerland.
