Deputy Director of Digital Engagement

Andrew Milton is the Director of Digital Engagement at Dream.Org.
He previously worked as an Advocacy Campaigns Strategist at Care2 and a User Engagement Manager at Change.org, with additional experience in the private sector. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and completed a master’s certificate at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He was drawn to this work by a deep belief in justice, improving systems, and helping others. At Dream.Org, Andrew leads digital engagement to mobilize supporters, amplify the voices of impacted communities, and ensure technology is used as a force for equity and systemic change.
When he’s not working, Andrew is likely planning his next adventure—he has visited both the world’s northernmost city, Longyearbyen in Svalbard, and the southernmost city, Ushuaia in Argentina.
