At Dream.Org, we believe that everyone deserves equal access to the tools and resources they need to shape a better future – especially those most impacted by systems of injustice and disparity.
In partnership with the NBA Foundation we created the Justice Next Cohort –a skill-building and leadership development 9-week program to empower and equip future leaders like you.
Our dream is to give you a seat at the table where you can use your voice to influence solutions to the issues you care most about.

Our cohort is made up Black and Brown individuals between 18 - 24 years of age for a part-time program in greater Phoenix area or Maricopa County.
All participants will receive a $1500 stipend. If you care about how the criminal justice system or the climate crisis impact your community, this program is for YOU!

25 Participants
A diverse cohort of impacted individuals from the Phoenix region will grow their leadership skills and tap into more opportunities.
