Victoria "Torie" Soriano is the Digital Organizing Manger at Dream.Org.
Torie is a community-centered organizer who leads with compassion, empathy, and kindness. Trained in Wildlife Ecology & Conservation (University of Nevada, Reno), she began her career as a field biologist before shifting from protecting ecosystems to protecting communities through policy and advocacy. She began organizing with the League of Conservation Voters, engaging volunteers and advancing federal social and environmental justice priorities. Today, Torie continues that path by leading digital organizing efforts—building accessible campaigns, supporting local leaders, and helping advocates turn concern into collective action.
A third-generation Nevadan, Torie is rooted in the place she calls home. You can find her standing up for the Las Vegas community alongside her two beautiful children.
