Tiffany Taulton is the Project Manager of Pittsburgh Green Workforce Initiatives at Dream.Org.
The descendant of five generations of Pennsylvania coal miners and steelworkers, she is a passionate advocate for a Just Transition and helps local families and communities rebuild by securing high-quality, sustainable jobs that provide financial security while protecting public health. She brings over 15 years of experience in community engagement and resource navigation, combined with policy degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Georgetown University. In Pittsburgh, she is well-known for her work on community air quality, solar, and forestry efforts, bolstered by her certifications as a Tree Tender, Just Communities Accredited Professional, Climate Reality Leader, and Permaculture Designer.
When she’s not working, Tiffany is likely to be found at the ballet, a Broadway show, or walking a trail.
