Sara Stickney
Press Secretary
Sara Stickney is the Press Secretary at Dream.Org.
Sara has a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University. Prior to joining Dream.Org, she worked for the publishing house, Post Hill Press, as a publicity assistant, promoting politically focused new titles, and interned with Amaryllis Apparel, supporting social media and influencer marketing efforts.
Driven by a passion for equity and environmental justice, Sara came to Dream.Org to help raise up underrepresented voices and ensure access to a healthy planet for all. At Dream.Org, she leads media outreach at the national level, pitching stories, arranging press interviews and events, and elevating both the organization’s mission and the brand of its CEO. She helps shape the organization’s public narrative through consistent brand messaging, earned media strategy, and the development of key communications materials.
Outside of work, Sara trains for half marathons, works on her novel, and cares for her two lizards.
