Rob Markle
Senior Manager, Impact Data & Evaluation
Rob's passion is utilizing data to create observable and sustainable systems change. With a background in community psychology, implementation science, and program evaluation, Rob seeks to catalyze change through robust data and strong connections to individuals most impacted by inequitable institutions. As the Senior Manager of Impact Data and Evaluation, Rob ensures that teams have actionable insights to guide program development and demonstrate concrete evidence of impact. Rob earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2016. Prior to joining Dream.org, he led a National Science Foundation effort at LSU to create a nationwide mentoring network for historically underrepresented college students in STEM fields. At the Clayton Christensen Institute, he helped communities across the country plan, implement, and evaluate strategies for enhancing economic mobility among youth and young adults. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, watching documentaries, engaging in deep philosophical conversations, and making Spotify playlists for every mood.
