Raleshia Brumfield
Founding Partner, Diversified Now
Raleshia is an impact leader with over a decade of media experience, working with entertainment corporations such as CBS, NBC, iHeart Entertainment, and a host of others. The intersections of business and purpose most recently led Raleshia to co-found and serve as Partner for Diversified Now, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm. Her unique skill set as a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) coach is how she initially became introduced to Dream.Org. In addition to training companies to be more inclusive, Raleshia works as the Executive Assistant to the President and General Manager of CBS 2 Chicago.
