Rachael Payton is the Senior Director of Communications and Marketing at Dream.Org.
She brings extensive experience in public affairs and communications, having worked on campaigns like the 2020 Census Count at BCW Global and led campaigns across technology, energy, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors at ROKK Solutions. Rachael also founded BeGreatDC, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping Black and low-income communities in Washington, D.C. with the essentials they need to thrive like quality food and access to digital learning.
At Dream.Org, Rachael leads creative communications and marketing strategies across all programs, steering stories that amplify impact and advance the organization’s mission to make the American dream accessible for all.
