Naomi Garcia-Hector
Program Assistant

Naomi Garcia-Hector serves as the Program Assistant to the Chief Advocacy Officer at Dream.Org. In this role, she provides executive support and drives special projects across a range of advocacy campaigns. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Georgia State University.
Rooted in a deep commitment to equity, justice, and systemic change, Naomi approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a drive to challenge the status quo. Her passion for policy and advocacy has been shaped by experiences at organizations such as The Carter Center, ACLU of Georgia, and the Volcker Alliance—where she honed her skills in civic engagement, elections, legislative advocacy, and multi-issue policy work.
When she’s not working, Naomi is likely basking in the sun at a local park with her dog Brixton, discovering new corners of D.C., or adding to her growing plant collection (because she firmly believes there's no such thing as too many plants).
