Michelle Romero is the Chief Strategy Officer for Dream.Org. She is a Mexican-American millennial woman that loves her family, loves to dance, and is passionate about creating a better future for her daughter. As a first generation college graduate who lived between two cultures and grew up in two places, the California Bay Area and Eastern Washington, she knows what it is to pave new paths and navigate in-between. People have described Michelle as a force for change and a catalyst for action, bringing people together across difference.
As chief strategist, Michelle designs pathways to scale impact and springboard leaders. Michelle has raised tens of millions of dollars and partnered with top brands like Amazon and Google Nest, as well as celebrities like Mark Ruffalo, Alfre Woodard, and Macklemore, to advance social impact.
