Senior Director of Tech & Innovation
Kasheef Wyzard is the Senior Director of Tech and Innovation at Dream.Org, where he leads the organization’s national strategy to build an inclusive green economy through innovation, workforce development, and entrepreneurship.
A proud Georgia State University graduate and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Kasheef’s career spans social innovation, workforce readiness, and tech-for-good initiatives. Before joining Dream.Org, he supported Fortune 500 companies in diversifying their talent pipelines—an experience that deepened his understanding of the systemic barriers and opportunities facing both employers and underrepresented talent in the tech sector.
At Dream.Org, Kasheef has launched national initiatives that have reached over 1,000 participants with $2M in scholarships, invested $1.3M in underrepresented founders, and mobilized $5.3M in catalytic capital to bridge the equity gap in climate and justice tech. His work is rooted in the belief that those closest to the problem must lead the solutions that transform our systems.
Fun fact: Kasheef was a cast member on College Hill, America’s first Black reality TV show!
