Heidi Bailey is the Managing Director of Executive Affairs at Dream.Org.
Her passion for service began with AmeriCorps after earning her B.A. in Political Science from Boise State University. Since then, she has dedicated her career to nonprofits ranging from social services to environmental causes. Heidi brings a people-first philosophy to her work, firmly believing that organizations best serve their communities when they first empower their employees. At Dream.Org, she works behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly and staff supported to ensure the organization can deliver bold change in communities across the country.
When she’s not at work, Heidi enjoys reading, baking, and binge-watching documentaries and competition shows. She also treasures time with friends, family, and her beloved pitbull, Stella.
