Heidi Russell
Managing Director of Executive Affairs
As the Managing Director of Executive Affairs, Heidi coordinates meaningful connections and paves a smoother path for Dream.org leadership to create change in our communities. Heidi lends her career experience in administrative leadership, human resources, non-profit management, and customer service to act as a resource for Dream.org staff, partners, and the public. A lifelong activist and advocate for underserved communities, Heidi earned her B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in American Government and Public Policy from Boise State University in 2013. Immediately after graduation, Heidi joined AmeriCorps VISTA, where she volunteered her time to an organization that serves people with developmental disabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has since worn a variety of hats at various non-profits before landing at Dream.Org in 2021, where she uses her many administrative and people support skills to further the Dream.org mission. In her free time, Heidi loves baking, enjoying live performances, and snuggling with her sweet fur baby.
