Effy Phillips
Social Media Manager
Effy is a Social Media Manager working to craft effective and empowering messaging about all of Dream.Org’s different initiatives. With a passion for finding new ways to bring brand ideas to life and an almost obsessive interest in the ever-changing landscape of social media, Effy has marketing and social media experience across industries. Prior to joining Dream.Org, she worked at the agency of record for PeacockTV producing thumb-stopping content for Peacock’s main socials and for many of its original shows. Effy’s expertise lies in social media strategy and content development, backed by passion and an “always on(line)” mindset. Outside of marketing, she has a large background in research, community service, and non-profit work across organizations in California and Illinois. Effy has a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Human Development and Psychological Services.
