Bekah Cossaboom
Deputy Director, Grants & Foundation Relations
Bekah Cossaboom is the Deputy Director, Grants and Foundation Relations at Dream.Org.
She brings more than a decade of experience in fundraising, grants management, and donor communications, with a background spanning nonprofit development, public policy research, and higher education. She earned her M.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University and her B.A. from Louisiana State University.
At Dream.Org, Rebekah leads the development of donor-facing proposals, reports, newsletters, and updates that drive philanthropic investment. She manages the full grants and foundation relations portfolio, from prospecting and proposal development to reporting and stewardship, while coordinating closely with program and finance teams. Rebekah also partners with program leaders to translate on-the-ground campaign strategies into compelling funder communications and oversees systems, messaging frameworks, and staff support that strengthen Dream.Org’s overall fundraising effectiveness.
When not nerding out about grants, Bekah is enjoying the music, food, and culture in New Orleans with her family and reading mystery novels when it's too hot to go outside.
