Amanda Hall
Senior Director of National Campaigns
Amanda Hall is the Senior Director of National Campaigns at Dream.Org.

She spent years as Director of the largest women’s recovery center in Kentucky, supporting women with substance use disorders, and also oversaw two low-barrier shelters for unhoused people. She later became a Policy Strategist at the ACLU of Kentucky, where she led the Kentucky Smart on Crime coalition and co-founded the Smart Justice Advocates, the state’s first advocacy group made up of directly impacted Kentuckians. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville.

As the Senior Director of National Campaigns at Dream.org, Amanda leads strategic efforts to shape national drug policy and transform the justice system. She coordinates national campaigns, provides leadership to teams, and empowers directly impacted leaders with the tools and resources to drive meaningful change nationwide.

In her spare time, Amanda loves hiking through the hills of Appalachia near her eastern Kentucky home, discussing all things Appalachian history, doting on her four dogs and two cats, and diving into horror movies and books.
