That’s why Dream.Org, in partnership with Frontline Gig, is investing in the next generation of climate leaders through the Dream the Future: Green Career Scholarship. It offers up to $3,500 to help underrepresented talent access training and careers in sustainability, clean energy, and beyond.

This scholarship supports education and professional development in key industries, including:

● Trades of the Future
● Plus: Business, Environmental, Transportation, and Infrastructure fields focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions

With the right tools and training, you can drive solutions to reduce climate change, adapt to its impacts, and lead your community forward.

40% of promising trainees leave construction or energy programs before the finish line—often because rent, childcare, or even bus fare get in the way.

How can we nurture an individual’s potential against barriers that can derail even the best plans?

First, we must get direct cash support to learners who are already enrolled, are about to begin, or have completed a qualified education or training program within the last 6 months.

But this scholarship is just the start. We’re also working with trades training programs to teach leadership and advocacy skills, so learning becomes a path to long-term empowerment—not just a job.

Sometimes a little support goes a long way:
● A mother can keep her daycare slot.
● A returning citizen can cover their bus fare.
● Both can complete the programs that power our future.

To date, we’ve awarded scholarships to 600+ individuals, with 20% of recipients being justice-impacted.

To qualify for the Dream the Future: Green Career Scholarship, complete the following steps:

This short questionnaire helps us learn about your goals, interests, and training needs.

✅ Step 2: Participate in a Coaching Call
After completing the assessment, you’ll be invited to schedule a brief, informal coaching call with a member of the Dream.Org team.

This conversation helps us get to know you better and discuss any potential barriers to success. It’s a key part of the selection process and helps us offer the right support.
