Therefore, the eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Black & Brown (BIPOC) young adults between 18-24 years of age as of the application deadline.
- Lives in the Sacramento County
And (one of the following):
- Directly Justice Impacted (personal involvement with the criminal justice system)
- Indirectly Justice Impacted (family member, significant other, or close friend involvement with the criminal justice system)
- A supporter of Justice Reform
- A supporter of Climate Justice

Notifications are sent primarily via the email you submitted in your application. Every applicant will receive a notice about their application. If you are not contacted within 2 weeks of your application, the email you submitted included an error.
The training is scheduled to occur from April 19 - June 7, 2025 and the graduation is scheduled on June 8, 2025.
The cohort will include in-person and virtual meetings. There will be 3 in-person weekends and 1 virtual orientation. The in-person locations of the cohort will be announced to those selected at orientation. Below are the dates:

- June 8th, Graduation, 10:30AM-12:30PM
Virtual Training Dates
- April 9th, 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Transportation will be covered if needed.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be covered by Dream.Org
All cohort members must attend all training sessions (in-person and virtual). Every cohort member will be paired with a mentor who they will be required to meet with on a biweekly basis.
