Justice Federal Campaigns

At Dream.Org, we know that those closest to the problem are often those closest to the solution.
Our priorities are grounded in lived experience, powered by policy, and measured by lives changed and laws passed. We work with anyone at any level to create a future that works for everyone. From federal to state, down to local legislation we are fostering common ground among unlikely allies to create solutions together.
Historically, federal criminal justice policies have increased mass incarceration, limited second chances, and blocked access to successful reentry opportunities. But, we’ve also seen what’s possible when people come together to demand something better.
From landmark reforms like the First Step Act that brought 50,000+ people home from prison to the growing momentum behind legislation like the Clean Slate Act, to fighting against a new federal prison being built in Letcher County, KY — we’re fighting for a justice system rooted in fairness, accountability, and real opportunity.
