T.J. Osborne
Federal Policy Manager
T.J. Osborne is the Federal Policy Manager of Green For All, an initiative of Dream.org. Green For All works at the intersection of the environmental, economic, and racial justice movements to advance solutions to poverty and pollution. Before joining the Green For All, T.J. served as a Policy Fellow for Evergreen Action where he conducted extensive research on climate and energy policies in the Inflation Reduction Act. He also served as Amtrak’s Sustainability Intern where he authored Amtrak’s Climate Vulnerability Assessment and helped develop the first 100% renewable electricity policy in Amtrak’s history. T.J. has three years of climate and energy policy experience at the state and federal level. He conducted research for NASA on nanomaterials and LiDAR technologies before moving into policy research. T.J. holds a Master’s of Science in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Marine and Environmental Science from Hampton University. He is from Virginia Beach and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
