Lily Lutterman
Digital Engagement Manager
A lover of wilderness and wildlife, Lily is a long-time advocate in the fight against climate change. She draws inspiration for her work from her belief that effective climate solutions need to recognize the intersectionality of racial and social justice issues with the climate crisis. Lily earned bachelor’s degrees in history and legal studies and has a long history of working in the education field and volunteering for various environmental organizations. Lily built her experience in the nonprofit world empowering members from varying communities to join together and make a change. Before joining Dream.org, Lily was a digital and community organizer with the Nevada Conservation League, where she managed diverse teams of volunteers and grew the organization’s digital prowess. Before that, she worked at the Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation where she developed science-based curriculum and educational courses for under-privileged youth. As Digital Engagement Manager, Lily is creating and enacting strategies to mobilize a diverse, bipartisan coalition to find climate solutions that center racial and social justice. Lily specializes in creating digital content, managing digital tools and engaging the public.
