Joyce M. Rose-Harris is a change agent with over 10 years of digital strategy experience with political and nonprofit organizations. She has managed staff and programs focused on engagement via email, texting, events, online communities, and social media. Joyce believes we are stronger when working together for the greater good. A native Chicagoan, she is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. Joyce is a published poet and enjoys traveling. She currently resides in South Carolina.
